Game plan to beat Florida?

Any thoughts as to what Richt and Shotty will think up given two weeks to prepare? Our game plans on offense have been pretty bad lately, which fits with criticism of Shottenheimer as uncreative in the NFL. But he's also hamstrung by a quarterback who seems to be unable to do some things consistently.
Taking a guess based on practice reports, I would hope to see passes spread around to other WRs, so it's not all about Mitchell and Godwin. Allegedly guys like Shaquery Wilson and Jayson Stanley have been making plays in practice...maybe it's time to see them catching some balls in games.
Also, the tight end production is vastly decreased from last year, which doesn't make sense...so maybe they'll be worked into the plan as receivers more in this game.
It might make sense to use Marshall as the tailback with Sony as a receiver out of the backfield a little more often, since Sony has a different skill set than Chubb and can't just be thrown in for 25 carries a game. Lastly, maybe we see some Godwin or McKenzie on a couple of run plays, if we can execute a reverse or outside pitch.
In any case, I can only hope that we don't see yet another day of bad play calling on offense. We'll need balance to have any chance to move the ball.

Medium pass routes and screens with lots of pulling blockers. Bring the heat on D and rattle the QB

Hit Treon Harris. Hit Treon Harris again. Every chance there is to hit him, he needs to be obliterated. Their OL isn't great and if Harris can be rattled into making mistakes, our offense would greatly benefit from having short fields.
This might be a good week to play Mitchell in the slot to get him away from Hargreaves. If Hargreaves follows him into the slot, then Lambert will be able to pick his spots to attack outside. Most importantly, make Hargreaves tackle. This is the same little pussy who injured himself trying to strip Gurley (who was running at about 60% health) in the 2013 game.
Don't be finesse. Finesse will get us killed. We have to turn this into an extremely physical game like it was in 2012, which means our guys are gonna have to nut up and leave behind whatever that weak shite was they brought against Alabama and Tennessee.

Score more points
But seriously though our defense needs to blast Florida's o-line consistently. Their offense even before their starting QB got popped for roads wasn't amazing. Forcing them into mistakes early on is the key to beating them. Our offense needs to get their shite together because Florida's defense is legit.
Establishing the run is the top thing to do, none of this revolving door running back BS. If there's a time for Lambert to stop being a pussy with his throws it's now.
Shotty needs to know that this game is the now or never point in the season. No conservative bull shite, this will be an all out war. Whoever wins this has the inside track to Atlanta.
We may not be favored but we can certainly win this game.

Our next loss will be LSU

Now that's optimism. You must be confident that Lambert will turn the corner against UF, because his play is critcal.

A little misdirection would be nice.

this could be said for the rest of the season...not just for the gators...our offense and defense has been putrid and this season is reminding me of 2006...time for them to start playing like they are able to...and quit bullshitting around...

On defense - make Treon Harris throw the ball. Don't let him run for first downs.
On offense - throw screens, preferably without relying on Godwin to block. Stop running Sony up the middle.

putrid may have been a little harsh...the front 7 have looked good...and the secondary has flashes of greatness...but allowing TENN to come back after we had them buried, that was on the D friend

thank you...he isn't that back...no matter how much people want him to be...use Quayvon or Douglas for that role...

I like our D-Line matchup vs. their O-Line. I do not like their D-Line vs. or O-Line. This is got "Ugly" written all over it. Not necessarily a 9-6 type game, but something like a 17-10 type game. Morgan is gonna have to make his FG's when given the opportunity. Every chance we get for points, we have to capitalize.

I want Marshall Douglas and Sony on the field at the same time at least twice a series

All I got is to maybe place an IED for the buses on the ramp from 301 to I-10 E in Baldwin Fl. where they get on the Interstate... Other than that I got nothin'

Also, do not let Harris roll to his right. Make him either sit in the pocket or flush him left.
When the Falcons got mollywhomped by Philadelphia in the 2004 NFCCG, the Eagles came out afterwards and revealed their game plan. They flipped Jevon Kearse to the defense's right side to force Vick to roll to his right and didn't let him go left, where he was dangerous. They flushed him right and it worked; Vick had one of the worst games in his career.
No more of the Floyd playing inside experiment. He needs to be camped out on the defense's left side (offense's right) and get after Harris, but not overrun him. Force him left and make him show he can make plays going that way.
Of course if we don't stop the run it's a moot point.
Interesting that we're unranked and Florida is #11. Last year Florida was unranked and we were #11.
