I really believe you think you understand and yet everyone else sees the point you are missing when it comes to statistics and comparing to ones peers.

Okay, show me the stats where the other top 6 teams are needing to run up the yardage against cupcakes like UGA has done? Show me where the top 6 teams rank in pass attempts. Show me each of their SOS and lets compare that as well. Show me their cumulative halftime scores.
Show me avg number of stats for starters in the non top 25 games, since we haven't played one.

You bring up the top 6 teams to compare, but felt the need to mislead about their schedules...and even had to do deductive reasoning in one, when you know damn well in CFB that team x, beat y, who lost to z, is not a great argument.

You show me, but it still means you don’t get it. I promise, I understand that you think you do.

What does "running up the yardage" mean?

I've never heard it in a press conference.
I've never read it from a beat writer.

Are you making shite up?

Nah. He obviously believes that running one's offense is "running up the yardage". Obviously, to him, we "[ran] up the yardage" on TCU last year.

Does this make you feel better or worse considering no remaining team on our schedule has a Defense in the top 16 nor top 26 in Offense?

These stats will mean nothing if we keep turning the ball over.

The OP was using total offense ranking, which is yards. That is why I was referring to yardage. The fact we still need to have our starters in there running our full arsenal of offense against the 91st SOS in the nation is concerning. I think it’s pretty clear from all my posts exactly what I’m saying. No one in the top 6 is near our SOS and is not regularly leaving starters in there throwing it in 4th quarter cause the game isn’t locked up

We have left our "starters" in for four quarters in exactly 3 out of 7 games. 2nd and third stringers have played from midway through the third quarter on.

I put "starters" in quotes, because of how liberally we substitute. The reality is that we are running a two deep at many positions for all four quarters.

I'll not be like you and claim with authority that we are the one team doing this with any frequency, but I'd wager that we have more accumulated playing time for "non-starters" than any other team in the top 10.

Do you not watch the football games?

Why would we not have starters in when we have a new RT every 3 games and 2 new left guards?

Why would we not have starters in when we have been missing 65% of our running back room and they needs experience running behind that rebuilt offensive line?
Why would we not have starters in when we have receivers who have been hurt trying to get their conditioning up?

Defensively, we sub 2 deep at 63% of our positions. And based on personnel, we are 2 deep even more than that by situation.

The goal isn't to beat Vandy. It is to beat everybody.
If you can't see what we are doing, no one on a message board is going to get you there either.
This isn't high level analysis.

He also mentioned the other teams blowing teams out. That typically means they are getting a bunch of offensive production. For instance, in one of our blowouts, which was against at the time ranked Kentucky. We had over 600 yards and had our 2nd string QB and a lot of 3rd and 4th string guys in the entire 4th quarter. And still managed 435 yards of passing.

Science!
