Im rewatching the game from my dvr.

This is a fun ESPN graphic from right after the first TD.

I agree with you, that graphic is very interesting. Im not saying one is better than the other, but you would have to have your head firmly inserted in your arse to not give these numbers a second thought. Eason ran primarily out of the shot gun, throwing on nearly every down in high school. Fromm ran an offense that was far more balanced run to pass and is more comfortable under center. I think the numbers speak volumes, people can say whatever they please but personally, I am glad Fromm is starting in ND. I truly believe that he gives us the best chance of winning.

Eason loosened up the defense for him.

Excuse me, but this goes against cool duder talking points. The message board gimp society will now rain down-votes on you.

After the second TD to Wims, which was a beautifully thrown pass by the way, not "luck"....

Fromm's last three passes were complete for 16, 25, and 34 yards. One two three. Bang Bang Bang.

Those hands were made for lipping bass, skinning deer, and throwing footballs.

They should just give him the Heisman now!

Seriously though, I hope he can keep it going. If he can go on the road and beat Notre Dame in his first start, he is the real deal.

OK, picking it up on the next series.

PASS COMPLETE to Swift for 10 yards.

PASS COMPLETE to Swift for 3 yards.

Pass Interference for 15 yards.

At this point, Fromm hasn't thrown an incomplete pass in the last two series.

In the last two series, he is at 17 yards per attempt. That's ridiculous.

Tuberville is truly a gimp. A true gimp. He should never be able to call another game.

The alphanumeric sum of FROMM is 65
The alphanumeric sum of JAKE is 27

65 and 27.

6 5 2 7

6 x 5 x 2 x 7 =

420

4 2 0

4 + 2 + 0 =

Six.

The signs are all around us.

That short completion to Swift was for a third down conversion where Swift was running away from him and made a one handed catch -exactly a yard past the first down marker. A fantastic play by both him and Fromm.

And Tuberville thought Fromm underthrew it trying to go OB. He was thinking checkers when Jake and Swift were playing 3D chess.

What part we have to play in this is still to be written in the 3rd Testament that is our daily lives.

We're going into the 4th quarter now.

I can't help but think if Eason stayed in the game and had these same numbers, all of the fans would be proclaiming "SEC Fuuuuuucked,,, Eason got it together"

But because it is Fromm, and the fans let the sports media do their thinking for them, they are nervous, afraid, pussified. They let Steak Shapiro and Nick Cellini drive their thoughts and emotions, because most people are weak, ignorant, oblivious to reality.

I wouldn't care if it was Aaron Rodgers. I'm not thrilled about a true freshman QB making his first start at Notre Dame at night.

This is the setting where legends are made...just saying. If anyone can rise to the occasion, this kid appears to be able to. Time will tell.
