Kind of off topic but does anyone else suspect that Jim Cheney might be atleast mildly retarded

Sidewalk Fans

I find it interesting that people on tRant think that IOT be a true fan of a college football team, one must graduate from or atleast attend the school. I never went to UGA, I probably would have been laughed out of the admissions office. I can say that I have loved watching the Bulldogs play football since I can remember, it's a family thing, everyone loves the Dawgs in my family. Why is it negative to be a sidewalk fan? I probably would have given my right arm to go to school there but couldn't so I joined the Marine Corps. Im in school now, but Im not sure if Embry Riddle even has a football team. Thoughts? Looking for the logic behind looking down on soneone for being a sidewalk fan.
Did anyone else notice that on Fromm's TD pass, he drew comparisons to Aaron Rodgers. They said "that is an NFL type throw." FROMMWARD. Does anyone on this board still doubt Fromm's ability at this point in the season? Not that Eason isnt a capable option, but Fromm has really shown he has what it takes. In Jacksonville, it only took 7 attempts and 4 completions.

Dont move the goalposts, you said that Coaches are responsible for players both on and off the field.

One alabama player broke team rules and was kicked off the team. 10%, maybe more, commited felony fraud and have yet to be dismissed. There is a huge difference between breaking team rules and violating the penal code :rotfl:

Thats true, but like us, Miami fans are flying high right now. A loss to the orange men would be deflating.

CMRPTSD

Is it possible that CMR is about to truamatize the entire Miami fanbase?
Butch will be retained indefinitely. UT will sit him down and offer him an extension and a huge raise at seasons end. Personally, as a UGA fan, I love the way Butch is leading his team. Not everyone can be a Life Champion.

Hold on before we start talking about National Titles and the like.

I think this sentiment is shared, even with all the people on the UGA board. There only a few people who believe UGA is a lock for the SECCG and even fewer who believe they are already printing the Georgia CFB National Champs T-Shirts. The vast majority of fans maintain an optimistic outlook but expectations have been tempered, given the outcome of every UGA football season since 1981. I have high hopes for this UGA team and I hope they get a chance to prove themselves in the SECCG and the CFB Playoff, I guess only time will tell... Kirby does a good job of keeping those young men focused on the task at hand, for the next week or so, that task is Florida. May the better team win :uga:
I think what they are referring to are the few Florida posters that keep down playing the dominance of UGA right now. Personally, I think Florida keeps it close during the first half. The second half will be another story, UGA will likely run away with it. I'm thinking 38-17 UGA when the clock hits 00:00

Maybe he shouldn't lose in the first place and he wouldn't have to worry about revenge games...

Says the Gaytur fan....
I know that I am a UGA fan and that means I have a certain bias for my team, that being said. Seven of 14 points were gifted courtesy our hapless former starting QB, Eason. The sack fumble returned to the one yard line was a great defensive play and probably should have been called a touchdown, at very least a horse collar tackle call was missed. All things considered, the outings for Vanderbilt were very similar against Bama and UGA, less a couple good throws by your QB vs. UGA, he is pretty damn good BTW. Bama has a more experienced secondary and I think that showed. I agree that the Dores probably should have beat Florida, the Ole Miss game may be a different story though.

ETA: The abbreviation for Quarter Back is QB, not QA

When's Bellamy supposed to have thay club removed

I'm by no means a doctor but depending on what is broken, the healing process could take anywhere from 3-6 weeks. With the bones not reaching preinjury hardness until as late as 8-10 weeks post injury. Like I said, Im no doctor, I could be completely wrong. If Im right, it would be possible for him to have the club removed by jacksonville.

D. Marshall and D. Hawkings-Muckle were not at practice. But R.Carter was back out there along with the LB group. Hopefully those two DL contributers can make it back, we need depth!

^I agree with everything else besides the piece about Fromm. That kid is going to suprise a lot of people.
