They are a dirty team. I expect them to go after players - like Bowers' ankle

This game worries me. We’re the better team but there is some bad juju lining up:

Away at that shithole
We clinched the East already
We’re coming off a dominating performance
We get moved to #1
CKS commented about how bad practice was earlier this week

Meanwhile TN just got their arse kicked by Mizzou (looking ahead?) and has nothing to play for other than to ruin our run. If we don’t stand on them early and often this is a game that could get nasty.

This is why I’m not worried. He’s all over them.

This is King Kirby, not CMR. He will have them ready. No doubt we will get their best and dirtiest game, but I believe Kirby has the team dialed in and will pile it on.

Dawgs - 42
UT - 17

After their game with Mizzou last week I would hazard to say He definitely has a sense of humor about it.

As someone who was a kid in the 90s Tennessee was my most disliked team for a long time up until about 10 years ago, at which time their program went completely limp. That was the one program we never beat in the 90s. The Todd Helton the Colorado Rockies baseball player game was the shittiest Georgia/Tennessee gameimo.

I was in the upper deck for the 2000 game and didn't run on the field or tear up any hedges, but I can definitely understand why some Dawg fans did.

Even at Neyland, Dawgs can put up over 30pts

Which means do you believe UT's offense can do more than 30pts?

I don't see how that is possible with us loading the box and playing them man to man forcing Milton to throw all game

I agree with your score prediction

Indeed. When they give him ammo like a bad/unfocused Bloody Tuesday Smart never fails to fire it right back at them.

I’ve said this multiple times this year, but this is extremely important in this game! UGA has to win the line of scrimmage especially on defense! Because they spread you out, if their RB’s get to the second level, it’s easily a 15-20 yard run! Make Joe Milton beat you, can he make impressive throws, yes.. Can he do it for 4 qtrs.. I have not seen that this year!
Offensively, stick with the run, and Carson needs to play as he has all year, cool and calm.
Their crowd is going to be electric, if UGA go does these things sated above, Neyland will be really quiet, really quick!

This is their season.. they win this game, they will completely forget about their 3 loses!

Consider me nervous too!

It’s stressful getting used to being everybody's Super Bowl.

I've been thinking this for a couple of days. Around the country a lot of people are worried about playing Georgia and they want any excuse to keep us out.

You don't get as much from SEC folks, but Michigan, OSU, Washington, Texas, FSU folks want to keep both Bama and UGA out.

Complacency is so problematic right now, and it's in certainly the air right now. Any slip-ups and folks will try hard to keep these kids out. Even with the good play on the field, this is the time to be more focused and more weary.

Our run defense has been suspect at times, and Ole Miss lost two OTs last week.

Game will be frustrating if they can consistently run the football with some success.

Agree. They don’t want to play us and most definitely want us off the pedestal.

Any excuse..a close loss, strength of schedule, players out. Too many want a piece of this pie.
