Holy shite, that is huge news. I was convinced Floyd was leaving, and had a bad feeling about Jenkins. Awesome news

Holy frickin shite. This is incredible news havin these guys come back. It puts a whole new face on the defense from the veteran leadership aspect. I may give up biscuits and gravy so i can hold off that heart attack i was planning.

Were they ready for the NFL?

I think you could argue Floyd would be as a pure pass rusher but he definitely will greatly benefit himself by returning and refining his game.

I actually think Jenkins may have been a little more ready but he would also benefit a lot from another year.

And I think it would've been a huge mistake for Mitchell to leave. He needs to show he can stay healthy. He has tons of talent and I think he will be fine, but I think leaving this year would've been bad.

Kind of related, I think I read somewhere that the NFL is going to start giving binary evaluations that the player is a first or second round pick or that the player needs to stay in school. Pretty good idea if you ask me. Too many players figure if they get a 4th or 5th round grade that they'll work there way up in the combine and then end up falling to undrafted status.
