we broke our tie with UT in 2022 to give us sole possession of second. This year just put a little extra room between us :)

with as brutal as our schedule was all season, it'd be a bit of karmic justice to get Indiana + Boise State in the playoffs to waltz into the title game. Can you imagine if we played Arizona State when we got there?

It'll be like the scene in Happy Gilmore but it's Larry, Vince, and all the deceased Ugas looking down and waving at us holding the trophy.

and maybe carson could be there with a wooden shoulder instead of chubs' hand. Although carson isn't dead. Idk I haven' thought this through very well

Could you imagine him spray painting his wooden arm to resemble tats?

The concept of Carson is at least dead, for the playoffs and probably moving forward.

LSU and Georgia were basically the same program in the 90s before breaking through in the early 2000s.

ND plays man and they get aggressive vs the run, but Georgia's line should still be able to make holes vs that DLine.

I think it's a great team to give Gunner the reps he needs - challenging enough to be a great confidence builder, but very winnable.

I don't know how much of a challenge Indiana will be, and I don't know how much they'll prep the guys for PSU.

End of the day, I really just want a win, but ideally I'd like to beat ND.

The Dawgs are now 2 SEC titles ahead of Tennessee and 3 SEC titles ahead of LSU.

We need to run a lot of misdirection to start.

I think that the Dawgs will eventually wear down Notre Dame and take over the game in the second half if we don't turn the ball over with mistakes.

Barrett Sallee just went on record on 680 that he thinks it's going to be Oregon-ND in the finals, so he that means he has Notre Dame beating us in the Sugar Bowl.

Interesting.

We had a lot of early dysfunction at QB. Hopefully a change there gets the o going early.

Sallee's an Auburn alum who lived (maybe still does) in Georgia. Years ago he used to post on ITAT and hated Georgia with a passion. He's like Cole Cubelic, gives UGA some credit from time to time to avoid looking like he just ate a bushel of sour grapes.

I only know what I hear from him on ESPNU on Sundays and he's always struck me as being high on the Dawgs when other folks haven't been. This year, the team has given the critics ample fodder.
