He hasn't really created much buzz in the practice reports up until recently. Even with the recent buzz I think he is still behind London.

He is not behind Humphreys. The “starters” will probably be Canion, Humphreys, White-Helton but Taylor can and will play all 3 WR positions.

I will bet they both get around the same amount of snaps...I wouldn't say it's false ..maybe more nuanced because it is not true that he is in front of a London at this point.
