I don't think we can afford to give up more draft pick. We aren't winning anything this year. It's a 2 year process that starts this year with many quality picks. Not just 1

Agree. The Falcons just need to keep losing to get more higher draft picks.

Doesn't matter, Jags will now be assured of getting Teddy or Mack/Clowney.

That said I gotta think this would be a foolish move. I am with those who say the coons needs to be trading back. I also am one of the few who was totally against the Julio trade.

Some people just look for shite to bitch about. Others, like myself, have it come naturally. When it's contrived it kinda makes you look like a twat rocket, like our friend RD here.

THIS all fonkin day... We need all the 2nd & 3rd round picks we can get our hands on in 2011 and 2012 when the Julio trade set us back 3 years.

For the record, I agree with you guys today as well that we need to trade back and get more picks but, I hope someday some of you will see what an absolute calamity the Julio trade/pic was.

No need to do it IF Manziel and Bridgewater get snatched up before they pick...will have plenty of talent to choose from and I don't want them to do it just to make a run at Clowney.

I wouldn't say calimity cause Jones has been a good player, "BUT" we definetly coulda gotten more bang for our buck by not trading up. We gave up a hella lot to get a #2(prolly #1 now)reciever in that draft...

I don't even get "points"?

Anyways, I don't like the idea. Especially if it's clowney.

at least wait more than 8 mins to steal
somebody's topic.

Every piece of news here is mostly regurgitated. Even if it comes from an "inside source" it's still put out someone elses shite. If someone tweets something and it gets reposted that's perfectly normal. It's not like he took an article that someone else wrote, changes a few words, and re realeased it as his own. Let the man be.

Don't like the idea of moving up from 6.

Mack is probably going to be there at 6, stay put and take him as the pass rush need.

I would not be opposed however to trading back in to the later part of the 1st round if a good tight end like Ebron or Amaro is still on the board.

I'm all for them trading up if it's for Clowney. Even if we trade a bunch of picks, odds are the Falcons would've drafted a bunch of bums anyway with those future draft choices. Clowney is worth the gamble.

You can count me in on that, a stupid move, stupid move. For a WR?? Nope, a franchise QP, MAYBE!! I was screaming at the TV when the trade was announced.

That coupled with the many misses, including high draft choice, have lead this to our current situation.
