If he never takes a snap in Athens I just hope he gets healthy and leads a good life. A brain cyst no matter how they call it routine or not long last effects etc is some scary shite.

It could be the first thing to pop into a person's mind considering the commentary of the last qb battle here.

I don't think the last QB competition had anything to do with race. He just trusted Fromm more to win that year.

We are in agreement, but you know there are people that don't agree with us, and they were vocal.

Thus, my comment about the NAACP you've been hanging onto for weeks.

Dammit, those of us that live in Silver Creek are OFFENDED that you can't get the name of the town right!!! /sarc

In all seriousness, that place is literally less than 5 miles from my farm. I've driven by it 100 times in the 11 years I've lived here. Crazy...

Well, I hate that, if true. He seems like a good kid. But I understand.

Any indication if it’s because he doesn’t see himself getting on the field here or if it’s medically related?

Nobody was saying it was an race issue. Everyone I know including me are saying Kirby felt he owe Fromm his trust because he followed him from Bama. If people are going to throw race in there, use a reliable source. Stop pulling shite out your arse.

Wouldn't be surprised if Malik Hornsby is in the fold? Kid looks legit.

Silver City sounds like a code name for white power compound.

after having his skull cut open , part of his brain removed, and a metal plate bolted back in, he really shouldn't play this game anymore..

Has his surgery been described that way anywhere that's reliable? I never saw that.

My understanding is he got a very small hole drilled in his skull and then either a cyst or abscess cut out.

My brother in law, who's an orthopedic surgeon, said it's akin to getting arthroscopy and getting your knee "cleaned up". The surgery is barely invasive, the incision is tiny, and no it does not require a metal plate be inserted.

This is, of course, if the cyst or abscess was small, benign, and not growing rapidly, so "margins could be small".

Still doesn't mean UGA wants to have this risk/liability on it's hands by suiting him up and letting him take hits in a Bulldog uniform.

Risk was considered ok with Jarvis Jones. Reward was great.

Different situation, it wasn't under uga's care that Jones was treated.

Mother of God all these threads are turning to doodoo slap fights.

I saw we all meet up...get hammered....fight it out, then spend the rest of the time discussing football
