In the middle of the season? What a tool.

Dudes been through a lot......football may not be in the cards. Tough on a young man with potential but dude was going to get hurt playing football guarded.......you can’t be hesitant or timid on a football field because someone will light you up......

Why not just stay until end of the season? I mean idc as I never saw him as a starter at uga at any point.

Try not to choke on your self righteous virtue signaling pearl clutch

It’s an e-comment.

We (understandably) gave up on him. I don’t think it’s unfair for him start to look elsewhere for the rest of his career.

Kid has been through a lot and I hope he kills it wherever he goes next.

Does that mean Beck stays or are we about to have 2 QBs in the team?

Horrible look for the kid to quit during the season.

If he had played well and not gotten the job then being unhappy would have made more sense, but he played awful. JT is flat out better. Even if D'Wan didn't expect to ever win the job this is not the way to do things, and it could limit his transfer options.

Still, I hope he gets to show his stuff somewhere.

I don’t think it’s a horrible look. He’d never be used unless we had multiple QB injuries. Also, now he will be eligible part of the way through next season.

Didn't think about eligibility.

Why do I feel like he lands @ UF?

How does this work? I thought this year isn't counting against anyone's eligibility?

He and his family had handled everything right until now, stay until the end, and go.

He's from Michigan, Michigan State has a former UGA coordinator as their HC, and they've been bad at QB for 5 years. Fit seems too obvious.
