I hop you are trying to shite me. We got beat by Vandy on a HANDOFF to the SMALLEST guy on our team. We got beat by TECH by our second half offense. Blame the D if you want but when we don't put points up it's hard to win. Cheneys fat arse needs a one way ticket to bum frick anywhere out of Athens. If CKS is gonna be the savior, he better send fat arse to the closest train station or pack his shite up and catch the ride with Cheney. Our offense is horrible and that ain't got a damn thing to do with Richt.

We put up 13 points in the 2nd half and had a 13 pt lead with Tech backed up on its on 6 and 9:51 on the clock. The DEFENSE let them go -3, +24 pass, +39 pass, +7 run, +18 run, +3 run and 5yds for the TD. 7 plays 96 yds.

You think 13 against tech was worth the check Cheney is drawing? You know what, you are right, we just suck that bad. These GREAT coaches just can't win with this horrible roster. We can't beat VANDY or TECH, and we can't knock a ball down against Tennessee. We fired a coach who could win 10 games a year for a coach who is gonna get us over the hump, but we can't pick up a yard against Vandy and get beat by Tech. Hot damn....I guess I'm a Disney fan but we just got beat by VANDY AND frickING TECH IN THE SAME YEAR. If we don't score, we don't win and that ain't on Richt

Our season turned on 3 games that we absolutely should have won, but found way to lose. Those games are Tennessee, Vandy, and Tech. Win those games like we should, and everyone here is praising the hell out of Kirby Smart. Win those and we're 10-2 and probably ranked in the top 10.
I've vented my frustration, but I'm on board with Smart for at least two to three more years. Even thinking about firing him is stupid at this point. It's still frustrating as hell to lose those three games the way we did.

I am too. We need at least that long to see what we truly have. We need to see improvement from the team, and we need to see improvement from the coaches. We are already seeing improvement in recruiting, so that is a positive first step. Now we need to take another step. Hopefully we will see it next year.

It's not that hard to say, "I mispoke." or "I meant to say...". To say "Come back in 4 years..." means 4 years. not three.

Because the SEC East sucks arse and had it not been for the loss to UT, which wouldn't happen again in 100 years, and the inexplicable loss to Vandy we would have been in the thick of the SEC East race to see who the best team in the worst division was. Winning the SEC east at the outset of this season wasn't going to take a very good football team....as it turns out Florida has a defense that is championship caliber and will keep up with Bama for 3 and a half quarters.....but in September on paper the entire division looked as bad as it turned out to be....
