Still trying to figure out what happened on the pick six.

Looked like the Bama player made a beeline for em and didn't even attempt to get to Ringo.

He wanted to take out his frustrations on somebody and our sweet Prince, Dan, was a sitting duck for him to unleash on.

Massive respect to Dan for taking that shot because the Bama guy UNLOADED on his arse.

He did a great job this past season. I had no idea who he was the first couple of games. He earned a scholly, imo. Kirby seems to think so, too.

He was a baller on special teams but then made some impact on defense. He had some big hits.

Yeah, he got trucked on that pick 6 Natty clinching play.

I do kind of think he was not expecting it until the last millisecond and then was like oh shite!, Lol

Frankly, him not engaging the Bama guy took away any possibilities of hold, block in back, facemask, hands to the face type call. Which, well, you know…

Looked like Dan rolled to his feet after the cheap shot and said something to the Bama player. I assume it was something like “game over, MOFO”!

I remember hearing his name for the first time during last year's G-Day when Darnell Washington trucked him. Thought he was just a nobody playing some garbage time.

Funny how things work out.

Someone on here was saying there's an angle that shows them dapping each other up as if to say, "Great hit" and "Way to take that hit". I was impressed that Dan took the hit and popped back up, so I'm sure the dude who laid the lumber was surprised too.

I remember he made some kind of play (Maybe in the Arky game?) and looked for his number and didn't recognize it, so I went to roster page online and looked it up.

Saw his name and thought, "how did I miss this guy? 4*?"
The I started watching for him and saw he had replaced Chris Smith. (I think?)

Is Dan Jackson this teams JR Reed? Does he have staying power or was he a stop gap?

While a 4.48 40 is good speed, it's not laser fast. He did give his team a lot of very good PT thought. I believe Kirby has said that as soon as he could find an open scholly, he would give it to Jackson.

Yes, it's fast, but not laser fast. I stand by my post.

No one can run the speed of light, but how many on our roster run faster than that?
