What are the terms of his probation? Does he have to have permission from his probation officer to leave town or leave the state? That could hinder his travel with the team? If he is charged or arrested for anything during his probation period he will likely be gone for good.

Depends on the terms. If he has a restriction, 99.9999% of the time the PO will allow travel, especially for “work”

The whole thing is a mess. She shouldn't have been there or just left when he told her to. He should have called neutral witnesses if not cops to get her to leave. No hands.
