Cade Mays. Watch the Brian Herrien run again. The one where he did it all on effort.

He should have been stopped around the line of scrimmage, but he just kept going.

40 yards or so later, there he was. With one offensive lineman. Cade frickin' Mays. Mays wasn't the reason that Herrien ran for so long. The play had passed Mays by. But Mays kept paying attention and kept running. Just so he could hit somebody at the end of that play.

Mays plays mean and he doesn't stop until the play is over. He may be the best OL we've had. Ever. And I know we currently have an All-American at left tackle. Still, Mays may be the best OL I've seen in the Red & Black.

He might be by the time he leaves. He's definitely the most versatile one we have right now.

While I am glad he’s on our side, Andrew Thomas is better than him.

I think Thomas blocked 2 guys on the run.

May's just had the push of moving the pile with a leap from the top rope at the end.

Mayes plays with a mean streak that is a mile wide, absolutely. Best offensive lineman to ever play at UGA? Not by a long shot. Sure, Pittman could still develop him into a player that fits into that conversation, but at the moment he is not. He still has a lot to learn.

While I think Cade has a great shot at being a first round draft pick Thomas is by far the best OL to come through UGA since Stinch Thomas is the one player I never have to watch during a play because I know he will get his job done in a dominant fashion.

While we are at it.....Herrien has been pretty solid. He looks for contact sometimes but he's been pretty good this year and that play was all HIM

Thomas gonna be top 5 pick imo

He just envelopes the DL on pass plays

6'6 320 with a big wingspan, great motor and phenomenal hands & feet

That's a rare thing!

Mayes probably isn't in the top 2-3 in technique but he is by far the meanest muthafricker on that oline.

Run game with 74 in game as of late > run game with 77 in game as of late.

Meaner: 77 > 74

Run blocking as of late: 74 > 77

Player smelvis is glad we have more: 77 = 74
