Indeed, as well as not colliding with the defender.
I mean, make some kind of a move that gets the defender either on the left or the right but don't run dead into the defender.
So if the receiver is lined up on the left side like Smith was, at that point, if the defender is playing outside containment, then the receiver should be able to make an inside move like a down and quick inside slant.
If you get the defender covering on the inside then you should be able to make an outside move and get some separation.
If the defender is back peddling hard directly in front of the receiver, the receiver should be able to blow past him and force the defender to turn one way or the other.
Smith has the speed to do it, he just needs to do it and yea, he and Beck need to be singing off the same sheet of music.

It looks like man to man since Texas is rushing 6 and the defenders are playing tight coverage.

Hopefully he manages the game today and doesn’t take unnecessary risks. If we limit TO’s today, UF literally has no shot. Only way they keep it interesting is by TO’s. We can’t have that today.
