There is a lot more to making a tournament run than just having talent. Matchups, Draws, Seedings... health... There is so much supposition that is going into these predictions in this post that just isn't borne out in historical data...
If UGA were to finish the season around a top 25 ranking (better obviously preferable), you're looking at a 4-6ish seed and potentially a decent path in the tournament depending on what region you get placed in (and of course who underperforms relative to their talent in the regular season and gets a sandbag seeding).

LSU missed the tournament when Ben Simmons played for them as the #1 player out of high school as well.
I’m not saying that we’ll do that, but it definitely can be done. It can be really difficult for that many freshmen who have never played with one another to mesh well on the court. It also depends on what types of players you have on the court, injuries, etc. (as you mentioned).

Exactly. Claxton returning would have a significant impact here as well...
What's the realistic roster move if we don't have Claxton at this point? I can't recall who all is left on the roster now post transfers/graduations at this point. Do we have enough bodies to fill the 4/5 spots?

Nothing I said was inaccurate.
I think UGA will have a top 15 program
