Think it's looking like he goes to USC right now. Should be an interesting next couple of weeks though trying to keep up with how the coaching shifts change strengths of commits and if/where we target loose commits. Also, what happens with our staff and whether that has any ramifications.

Apparently Ricks has an entitled attitude and looks to transfer all the time. Pass

Now that Max Johnson is leaving LSU, do we have a chance with his brother?

Probably not. They want to play together, and we probably don't want Max. Key word: Probably
Not to mention we are loaded right now at TE with
Bowwers
Delp
Washington (if he stays) etc
ETA
Just saw where Florida State is going after the Johnson brothers, too. (247)

I am sure Tank would give UGA strong consideration unless he wants to be a feature back. Tank, Milton, McIntosh, and Edwards would be good. Defense will look really different next year. I see us going after some portal guys on that side of the ball as well.

Is Zeus leaving? He isn't a Sr

So Fla said we’ve kicked the tires on him.
Another poster says look for a flip from Travis Hunter.

No word, yet.

We also have James and Robinson coming in. It would be a very crowded backfield. I like Tank a lot and hoped we would take him out of high school, but I almost wish we would leave him alone right now. I like the way our backfield looks with James and Robinson coming in.

I’d expect Zeus to go to the draft.

It's possible, but not necessarily probable. He still has a lot he could prove to the NFL and could be one that could improve his draft status. But with Milton McIntosh and Robinson coming up behind him, and with us trending more to a passing offense it would be tough to get him all the touches he would need to make an impact on his draft status. It'll be interesting to see how that one plays out.
Just guessing but it would seem that Zamir would need to go pro and possibly one other RB hit the portal for us to go after Tank, and it would not be a given at that. (Just my opinion and not supported by anybody that actually knows what they are talking about)

Zeus coming back wouldn’t do much for his draft stock. Even with another solid year, those additional 200 carries or so would drop his stock.

I suspect Zeus and Cook will be mid round picks(3rd-5th), but will make excellent NFL RB’s.
Both have very little tread on their tires, and both only just seem to be reaching the beginning of their potential.
Zeus because being very slowed by injury recovery, and Cook because his brain, vision, and athleticism are all seemingly finally in sync with his body and physical gifts. Why it took so long for that to happen I don’t know, but he looks like the full package out there finally.
Zeus will likely show out at the combine. He needs to jump at the chance while he’s healthy.

I doubt they would drop his stock.....but I do agree with your overall take on it. That's why I put in this:
But with Milton McIntosh and Robinson coming up behind him, and with us trending more to a passing offense it would be tough to get him all the touches he would need to make an impact on his draft status.
He does have that unique talent of running over people, but I think he just wouldn't get the touches needed.
It would be tempting to use him as a sledge hammer and wear down the defenses for Milton and McIntosh, but that would require more running, less passing and wouldn't really be fair to Zeus.

Sounds like Tank is staying now

Re: Drew Bobo
How in the hell does Mike have a kid that weighs 300? I mean he weighed, what? 200 soaking wet? and Lainie is about 5'2" 110.
