Yeah, Beck will still be behind Bennett on the depth chart.
Bennett's finally out of eligibility, I believe.
It's JT, Beck, BVG and Gunner now, in the QB room. With BVG being an early enrollee, I'd say he gets the advantage over Stockton, at least at first.

Not every other down but for instance, say Vandagriff is the starter; likely.
Stockton has no intention of redshirting and is the backup.
Brock has a running play and gets a first down and looks gassed. I can see running Stockton in for a least one down to give Brock a break and to get some perspective from the OC for the rest of the drive.
Also, Stockton is shorter and heavier so he might be a better more rugged alternative on the goal line; just thinking out loud.

I mean, you could eb right. But I've never seen a QB come out of a game because he was gassed. There have been instances where teams have alternated QBs 2-3 series at a time, I just don't feel like it is beneficial to the offense.

I could easily see this happening at the goal line.
Just my opinion. Like I said, you very well may be right.

Probably not, because this year didn't count against eligibility I believe... But I haven't seen any confirmation whether he intended to return or not.

quote:Yeah, this past season didn't count towards eligibility and while I don't know what the Mailman will do, my guess he's just going to sit back and help the team as much as he can. He transferred for some action before and he came back knowing he likely wasn't going to be a starter here. He probably just wants to graduate from UGA at this point.

He has played 3 years, so no.

Literally, anyone who played this year can play next year if they didn’t sign with an agent, flunk out, or got told to move on...
Also, lets keep up with things on the title here folks.

Who’s left on the board that we may in the mix for on Wednesday aside from T Arnold? Anyone left that may flip?

No one really. Kicking the tires on Brian Thomas Jr but that’s probably not going to happen.

Headline on Arnold this morning was that he's made his decision btw the good guys, FL and Bama, but will announce to everyone (including the coaches) tomorrow at 4pm.

Googled him and all I could find was a 2018 aTm LB and an ACDC singer. Got a link?
Guess you mean Brian Thomas

The only thing I'm reading is we are expecting a commitment from a 2022 top 100 DT out of Texas. 2022 may be our 2nd best class ever.

Our 2022 class is gonna be absolutely stacked. Stockton is gonna bring in lots of guys, I can almost guarantee it.

That would be Bear Alexander. He's a stud and I am hoping we can pull him.
