Last I heard he wants to see how he and Luke jive. I don't think they have met personally at this time as they are in a dead period, I believe.

Evans will be a star but doubt his first stop will be his last in college. I have a theory that Evans wants to come here and was ready to announce but he may have lied about having things in place for his announcement, given what Kirby requires to make a commitment public. I’d take a chance on what could be another Chubb/Swift/Gurley-type RB if I’m Kirby, as long as he can straighten out the things on behind the scenes.
