I like to imagine that they’ll invite back a celebrity Grand Marshal of sorts every year to cute the ribbon and blow the whistle. Maybe one year they’ll even have the Governor do it and he can declare that all the money used was generously donated by Georgia taxpayers.

Pretty sure he's not an Ohio State commit. They just have 100% of his CBs. Sentell had article with him where he outright states that UGA is "ahead"... 80:50 (he rates the schools on likelihood to get his commitment on a scale of 1-100... so relative ratio is best bet to try and make sense out of it aka 60:40ish).
