As far as I'm concerned, it wouldn't bother me if we never offered another player from Grayson. They're the new Stephenson in my opinion. Lots of "me-first" attitudes, bad for team chemistry, same types of players as Trigga Tray, Shaq Wiggins, et al, imo.

This. You screen kids for their program fit... if they're that big of a diva, it will show up through the evaluation process in most cases.

Channing Tindall (4-star LB from Spring Valley H.S., Columbia, S.C.)
You would have to think that handing Scar an a$$-whipping tomorrow would only help our chances with these 2. Although, I personally believe there is like a 0% chance of landing Sandidge. He just seems to always light up when talking about Scar and the "mom is an alumni" thing is in their favor as well.

Yeah, my comments a page or two back basically say the same re: Sandidge. I think the staff has mostly moved on. Mom wants USC... Mom is hard to beat. Ultimately, it's not like Boom struggles to get guys coached up on the defensive side of the ball, so as long as he doesn't mind playing well in a losing effort, so be it. Hoping we land Barmore... If still taking another DT, then Jordan Davis could be in play as well.
Tindall is likely a dawg at this point... lot of smoke there.

I agree with you 100% even though Scar fans seem to think Tindall is coming to tell us "Thanks, but no thanks".
It will be verrrry interesting to see how things shake out over the next few weeks through December 20th.

Very interesting to see several things play out.
2-3 I'm guessing at with '18, but we've been on to '19 and on guys a lot recently. Feel comfortable they have a hell of a grip on the class, and roster management.
Kirby has backup plans for backup plans. Pretty nuts. Heard of a few tricks I'd never imagine (legal). Guess that's why we better get the frick ready
CKS has done a great job establishing a brand, that Bama fans will tell you, sticks to a class. We will lose a Coach (I'm just sharing chatter), but point is it, Georgia Football starts and ends with Kirby.
I've said year 3-4 after his hire and I'll stick with it, but I don't doubt anything. I don't doubt we go out and kick the shite out of whoever lines up in front of our guys. Ask the section of Gator fans I sat with and invited into my phone booth... Most in general area left at halftime and will always wonder wtf a phone booth has to do with anything.
Get tons of great info from a poster here that I share. He doesn't mind
Got to give it to him. Dork said before the season that Chaney was absolutely killing it. I thought what most of you would think, but look at what the guy has done. Granted Kirby, Johnson, and Coley are all involved, but ole buffet champ has been impressive. If he's held back, seemingly you would passing the ball seven times in game 8, he could really have some cool wrinkles. Watched him at Arkansas (family shite) and always loved some things he did.
Also, again, screw everyone that said anything about Coach Scott lol. Dude is hardworking and worth every dime. Yes, he makes more than some. That would surprise most I would guess, but I had the chance to meet him. Have had second hand info (as close as being there) about recruit and current player that he's the real deal. Teaches technique/discipline/fundamentals in a way these players love. Rocker..... Can never say anything bad, so I'll just say I loved Rocker. Scott is young, enthusiast, relatable, hungry, and dresses better then any coach. Guy looked like he was about to the draft. Coley.... Close second.
Night good,

You don't take a visit to tell somebody "Thanks, but no thanks." You just tell them on the phone or through text. Now, if the visit is bad, you might tell the team you aren't interested.

You clearly don't know the American teenager.

So, you think an American teenager has enough courage and integrity to show up in person to tell someone they don't want to go to that school?
Apparently I don't then. I see I got 4 down votes, so maybe I am out of touch. Most teenagers I've known over the years would avoid the responsibility of facing someone face to face and tell them they aren't interested.

They'll go just for the free trip and then commit some where else.

How old are you? I've wondered this before but now seems appropriate to ask.

The smart sc fans know better than this. The mods are even trying to get them mentally ready for it.

I'm old. Real old. I am not as old as Dallas, but he doesn't have me beat by a whole lot.
More to the point....that Porter answered...I didn't realize this was an official visit. Still, if it were me, and i was going to take an official, I would go to a far away school, or at least to a better, bigger game.
I thought this was just an unofficial visit.

Timing, if soon, is going to be hard for some of them to prepare for..... I'd imagine
Heard it last month sometime. Thought it would already be done. Schumann's showing out.
