You can get a great education at UGA. Stanford is elite.
I didn't say UGA was as good of a school. However, there is nothing he can do with a Stanford degree that he couldn't do with a UGA degree. The only exception is if we wants to major in something UGA doesn't have and how hard he applies himself. Hell, look at Dobbs at Tennessee.

Is his mom marrying Harbaugh? How the shite do you get a kid from fricking Leesburg to straight up reject in homes from saban and kirby after all this time? That's insane voodoo at work right there

He went bowling and go kart racing. Apparently he really likes bowling. That is how Michigan sealed the deal.
Crazy that he would choose them over UGA or Bama though.

Is this where we call Michigan cheaters like they did us?

A Stanford degree will open significantly more doors than a UGA degree, especially when entering the job market for the first time.

"B.S. Stanford University" or "B.A. Stanford University" on a resume will open a lot more doors for a kid during the interview process; the lone exception is if he stays in-state and doesn't want to move out of Georgia afterward. If I am looking for a qualified candidate who is 1-5 years out college and my choices are between 6 kids who have degrees from a state school, 1 kid who went to Ivy, 1 kid from Stanford, and 1 from Duke, the Ivy kid, the Stanford kid, and the Duke kid are my top 3 off the bat. Those 3 will have to show that they are a bad fit or the state school kids will have to absolutely knock the interview out of the park.
Schools like Stanford are places you work your entire life to get into. The kids who go there are driven from a young age to achieve academic success. It says something about your drive and work ethic when you graduate from a school like that. A lot of kids (not all, by any means) are very smart, but they were happy to graduate with a 3.6 GPA doing as little work as possible, and never really gave much thought about college until their Junior year of high school.
Stanford opens doors for a post-graduate on a global level that UGA simply cannot.

I bet Harbaugh paid for Solomon to go bowling and drive go karts.

Yep. A Stanford degree guarantees you an interview within reason (relevant field of study to the potential job). A UGA degree does not.

Meh whatever. If he is a 4 year, division one athlete with a degree from uga, he'd get an interview wherever he wanted.

Wonder if he snuggled up in his bed while he was in-home visiting with him?

Stanford > UGA Academically all day every day.
A serious career changer for any college student.
Warner is 100% going to Stanford and he should.
Soloman on the other hand, there is the fricking mystery. What the hell did JH do to that kid and his family on the in home...I mean to shut down his recruitment after all this time. If yall wanna argue something, figure that shite out.
Warner to Stanford makes 100% sense.

You guys are severely downplaying a degree from UGA, especially one with honors. There are UGA graduates who have done amazing things all over the country, and they sure as hell were not stuck to only the state of Georgia.
Like I said, the kid wants to win too according to his dad, and they see UGA possibly competing for a national title. Stanford won't. Not only that, the kid will play in the NFL if he is good enough. That will earn him far more money than a Stanford degree.
I'm not downplaying a Stanford degree, but give me break. If that was the main factor, there are better schools than Stanford. Go to the Ivy League.

Yes, you are. Stanford is right there with any Ivy League school or any other university in the world.
