Well damn when are we going to sign another RB then?
I know we signed Crowder last year but it's hard to believe he'll stay at RB. If we can get Thomas Brown to flip Antonio Williams in this class that's all I need to be content. But after Emmons, Daniels, and Holyfield do we have a legitimate shot at anyone else this cycle?

Don't think RB is a priority this year. We are squared away and have high hopes for a couple of the top RBs in the country next year (2017)

If we sign Emmons, it'll be a sign and place (same for Daniels). Right now, we're best to just got Williams or bust. We're already the favorite for some of the best backs in the country next year and we don't need anyone right this minute anyway (we will return every running back on the meaningful depth chart next year).

After the 2016 season we lose Chubb, Michel(assuming he leaves early), Marshall, and Douglas.
That's a lot of depth lost and I wouldn't want to try and replace that with just one 2017 class.
Our RB's for the 2017 season would be AJ Turman(if he stays) and Crowder, plus any 2017 RB's we take.
Hopefully we take a stud RB in the '16 class

I don't see Michel leaving early. Chubb is going to get the starter's touches (barring injury) until he leaves. Regardless of whether he has the talent to leave early or not, I'm guessing Michel will need to spend a decent amount of time as a feature back before getting a draft grade that would entice him to leave.

Free 247 article says Mecole Hardman has UGA & Tennessee as his top two. UT is "showing the love" and he likes Butchwax's recruiting momentum. They want him as a WR.
Pruitt has him at DB, and he's down with that. At Georgia he talks about winning a national championship, but in Knoxville it's about the warm fuzziness he feels. Never mind the fact that UT needs him far more than he needs the Sister-kissers.
He outright says that he's going to commit silently to wherever he chooses. Let the speculation begin!

I know it's rare for his caliber of RB, but I could see Chubb being one of those team guys who sticks around for his senior year. He just seems to have that kind of character. Maybe that's just wishful thinking on my part.

In my humble opinion, it's not just rare. At his position it'd be downright foolish to extend his time in school a second longer than he needs to. #JustTailbackThings

Barring a major change in the course of his college career, Chubb would be a fool to stay for his senior season.

Michel will get plenty of touches in the next 2 seasons to have enough film to leave early. Running backs have about 6 good years in the NFL before they are all used up so it wouldn't be a wise business decision for Michel to use up one of his good years in college if he's NFL ready

Agree Sony will get plenty of touches even with Chubb getting the majority of the snaps. Sony is going to be used alot at slot receiver....watch.

Jake Rowe just cb'd Josh Imatorbhebhe to the good guys. I thought he was a gator lock. What's the probability we land this kid?

No such thing as a recruiting lock. Some people think Georgia is the team to beat. UF isn't exactly an appealing situation for receivers right now.

As I tune to ESPN and watch Todd Gurley soar up draft boards I feel great for TGII and happy that there's such good UGA exposure. Potential recruits see the mystique of Gurley along with the greatness of Chubb and a future with Eason and they have to be impressed.
