Not Tyler, but Hardman is a more pressing need. DRob reminds me of Tavarres King, Whereas Hardman is a unique talent. He could be a shut down corner or an Antonio Bryant like WR. Hardman all day

Agreed.
Hardman is an absolute baller. VERY fluid athlete that has quickness that isn't coachable
Robertson is going to be a very good player too, especially at kick returns I think. Would love to have them both of course

4* Willie Allen commits to LSU

No surprise there. If there is one school that knows how to keep their talent in state its LSU. You rarely see anyone leave that place unless its to the NFL. Credit them on a great pickup.

Marquez Callaway commits to Tennessee. Double Whammy there with Willie Allen and Marquez. I counted them out a while ago. Stings a little with it being official though.

Lotta work to be done to get that kid ready to play in the SEC.
To answer Hinesville's question, I think that if you have to pick between the two then it's Mecole hands down. Both are outstanding athletes and were utility players for their teams in high school. But I think there's something to like about Mecole's desire to play defense as compared to Demetris wanting to be a receiver. I think there's something scary about an offensive set that features Sony, Mecole, and Godwin all on the field at the same time. But I can also say the same for Mecole in the defensive backfield. Can't say the same for Demetris. Gimme the swiss army knife if I have to choose.

I'm indifferent to both. Quite frankly both are going to be projects for their respective schools and we need guys that are ready and willing to go.

Would Mecole for sure play D for us?
Posted on 1/21/16 at 11:57 am to DawgMan21
He has said that's what he wants. I think you're foolish to not have him on the field for as much as his body can handle, though. Kid is a freak athlete and is going to be an asset wherever he lines up.

I would guess wr. He is fine with either.

In my head Mecole is Malcolm Mitchell.

Gotta think Hardman is a starting WR the minute he steps on campus.

Basically who I compare him to. But given how many guys we have on offense right now with a similair skillset (Terry, iMac, Sony, etc) I think he could be most useful on defense and switch over to offense every now and then

Buck called him Willie Clay on 680

A person who shall not be named has his own soundcloud based sports report. He is very high on this class. According to his unnamed sources there are multiple high profile silent commits. Is the report reliable? I don't know, but he was dead on with the Kirby hire.
An no, for obvious reasons, I'm not providing a link.
