Chigbu hurt his ankle in his game last night. Came back in heavily taped and finished the game. ended the night with just 3 catches for 41 yards.

Much obliged for the report.

Do NOT let him get hurt again! We shall hold you personally responsible.

But yeah, thanks for the report.

Rusty dropped some pretty interesting news yesterday.

Also anyone here with a Rivals account still, are they really hiring Trent Smallwood?

Also the possibility of flipping a 2016 recruit.

I’ve heard the defensive staff really like him. As for Walker, the guy is underrated in the rankings. He is a force off the edge

Some cliffs from Rusty and Jake's recruiting notes this morning at 247...

-Roquan Smith has been really chatting with people at his school that he likes UGA even more after the game against Clemson. John Lilly was at his game Friday night as well.

-Darius Slayton and Micah Abernathy are both going to be UGA commits by next month according to Jake. Abernathy could still visit UT before he makes his final decision, but Jake thinks both will be UGA commits as of right now.

-There is a definite Jacob Eason affect for the 2016 class. He has been in contact with a number of recruits to join him next year.

-D'Andre Walker is quite close to picking UGA apparently. Rusty was at his game on Friday and got great intel. He says, unless something changes soon that he could not see Walker anywhere else.

-AU commit Montavious Atkinson does have a commitable spot at UGA should he decide to join Walker. However, apparently they would need to decide soon before something changes.

-Sony Michel went home this weekend and spent a lot of time with Tarvarus McFadden. Per Rusty, McFadden said "Maybe" when asked if he would take officials before his decision on Halloween.

Just thought I would pass along for Monday.

Damn that's come great news. The most surprising is Abernathy. I had kinda given up on him. Have his parents come around or was this more of him seeing us live and watching out defense play pretty well in the second half?

That is a good question. I think the answer lies somewhere in between probably. As Jake didn't elaborate, I think that if you see Abernathy try and visit UT before his decision, then it is a pretty good indicator as to if his parents would rather him be at UT. Recruiting is a constant ebb and flow man.

Preach. I like the way are shaping up for us this year.

And Jacob Eason is just the gift that keeps on giving.

From all I have heard him and Slayton are good bros and really want to play together. I went to see their game last weekend and sadly Abernathy was out with a concussion. Slayton, though, lordy.

Never seen my alma mater so stacked and we had some serious talent when I was there.

It's a new staff there but that'd be unorthodox for the spartans to send somewhere to UT. I mean, program is only 20 years old but I don't believe we have sent any football players there. I know of one baseball player. Everyone athletically goes to UGA, an ivy league school, a service academy, or an ACC school. Or some shithole religious school in Arkansas
