Atkinson is a nice grab but I can't help but think why did we say no to Milan Richards then?

I'd say Atkinson stays at TE. Dyshon Sims is another OL commit we have though.

Add Dyshon Sims to that list. We actually did fine on the number of OL's in this class. As to quality, we'll keep our fingers crossed.

I wonder the same thing. But there's no need in worrying about it now. We probably gave him a feeler and he said no.

Ive seen where Atkinson is supposed to be an OL project for us. Tremendously athletic.

Atkinson is already 6'6" 260-265 lbs, has the frame to be a Lynch type TE or even grow into an OT. Richard was not that big, more like Jeb; they're more explosive in the receiving game but Atkinson helps out a lot as a blocker.

Ok I can get that to be honest the more big bodies we put out on that OL the better!!!! GO DAGWS

Interesting. He definitely fits the Georgia mold for a TE. We'll know after one season of S&C I guess. If he's able to put on enough pounds of muscle though and be that athletic that's scary.

I think he's just a good project pick up. We have plenty of wiggle room to play with so might as well pick up a local kid and let him play out.

If we ended with Williams and Carter I would do a happy dance but I ain't getting my hopes up. I would be happy as is but I really wanna dance.
