There's a big difference in that thread and saying GT will go 12-2 or 13-1. GT wins maybe 8 or 9 this year

No way in hell would i have said this last year. But this year their system is in place on both sides of the ball.

They would be the least talented FBS team to win 12 games in the modern era. Not close either. They're closer in talent level to Southern or Ga State than they are to UGA.

Where am i comparing them to UGA. Im only looking at their schedule. UGA is one loss, you can toss up the other between ClemPson and Florida St.

Lorenzo Carter on UGA & Bama from Tuesday in Oregon:
quote:
Of Georgia, he said the following: "They're the in-state school, so of course I hear Georgia everywhere I go. I mean Georgia's always on my mind. I think I'd be comfortable with Georgia. Coach (Bryan) McClendon does a good job recruiting me and my parents." He followed that up with this statement on Alabama: "They're still up there. There's just other schools that I'm seeing. I've got to get back to 'Bama."

I wish I could convey in words, just how sick I am of reading this crap from highly ranked kids in the state of Georgia.

quote:Tells me he's been told the truth about some schools (UGA) and some lies about others and wants to have it sorted out. Or so I hope that's why.
I've got to get back to 'Bama."

constantly playing at an athletic disadvantage against most everyone is a tough way to go through a season. Even in a weak ACC, Johnson is bringing a knife to a gun fight, athlete-wise. Coaching helps, but you've gotta have the horses.
Which is odd because if you can get athletes in the triple option it can work out very very well.

I guess that is how it is around here when it its something you don't want to hear. It is what it is
No it's to do with the fact that you could not be more wrong. Tech has some talent but they have a lot of trouble spots. As was suggested earlier they just don't have the elite athletes. Hech, or the O.line and D.line.

Wasn't Gaillard supposed to announce tonight too, or am I just mixed up and lied to?
