Yeah, I have no doubt that he'd be a good coach but still a somewhat unknown quantity. He's spending all week with the team at practice to see if coaching is what he wants to do...I hope he does end up coaching here.

When is your flight and what are you doing about a rental car? I just looked and flights from Bham are pretty cheap now so I wanna jump on it. My buddies that I'm going to the game with don't know yet if they are flying friday or early saturday morning (I'll definitely go friday)..if they go saturday is there any way I can throw in with yall for a rental car from StL to Columbia?

He would be a good one. He'd be like Trooper Taylor without the sleeze factor, meaning a guy who can recruit and a good position coach.

The only thing is that he could make more money speaking or doing guest spots on ESPN and such without working 18 hour days as a coach.
If none of that matters to him and he truly wants to give back to his Alma Mater then he will obviously be welcomed back with open arms. Regardless of what he does he will always be a damn good dawg.

My flight is at 10:45 am on Friday. My flight out is at 12:55 pm on Sunday and it is non stop to the ham.
Im in a group of about 9 people in a Suburban. But I can check and see if we have room. But we arent staying in STL we are staying in a surburb...Chesterfield, Maybe? But as the rental car thing is finalized I will let you know, that should come about in the next week... Sound good?

Eh, probably shouldnt say a.) because it isn't official and b.) because theyre trying to keep it under wraps. So I'll say that it has to do with who we might have hired as on-campus recruiting director and his relation to Foster as a football player...

Hopefully most of you know me enough to know I'm not the type to flame. As I've said, I like UGA and their fans save for a couple of topics.
UGA is better than having to hire a HS coach in hopes that it sways a player to commit to them. I am not buying it, but if UGA did hire him then I'd think it was pathetic and below them...and wouldn't guarantee anything.
