Was thinking the same...Really only 2-3 teams that I'd think this lineup would get a ton of snaps. Sounds like a great 2nd & long or 3rd down situational line-up, just depends on the "O" were against...

Saw a big photo set on scout yesterday... Most of the Ol men looked big except Ward, not sure where he's at but he still looked real thin to me...

Ward is apparently up to 295 now, but his frame is just massive. When he was 255 he looked like an anorexic college chick. Given time and a lot of work I think he could get up to about 315 and still look extremely fit. He has quick feet and real long arms, so if he is strong enough he could make a helluva OT one day.

The question mark with Debell and Ward was always about weight and if they could get up to the 300 lb mark. They're both very talented but were both so damn skinny. Debell is also mean as a rattlesnake.

Dallas Lee can snap too right?

Correct but he will be starting at LG so we need a legit backup C.

Burnette and Andrews will swap at Center.

The Long brothers, Lee, Beard, and Theus or Dantzler will be the Guards

Dantzler or Theus, Ward, and Gates will be your tackles

Apparently the elder Long is working solely at LT and is supposedly giving Gates a run for his money. If that happens we could move Gates to LG, Lee to RG, and Burnette to Center while Dantzler and Theus battle for RT. Austin Long was one of the top OT's in his class but has been very unlucky in terms of health. Hope he can stay healthy and step up.

Forgot to mention Debell too. Apparently he's finally starting to show signs of being the lineman we need him to be. Dude always had the drive and meanness for the position

Do we actually think Merritt Hall holds the job in the FALL?

I think he could hold on to the #2 spot, but I really think that Hicks starts at FB.

Auburn is in denial of what they have invited into their coaching staff with Martinez. I was going to try and give his worst hits, but I can't decide- I think it was UT 2007 that was biggest WTF moment for me, but it may have been UT 2009 when it looked like the defense hadn't even bothered to look at game film of their opponents. Any other suggestions?

Well. He keeps visiting Auburn and still remains committed to UGA. Take that FWIW.

Personally, I think you show Tray footage of Bryn Evans under Willie Martinez and we can just end this shite now

Bryan Evans was, hands down, the worst DB I've ever seen start at major college program. He was absolutely terrible.
