Plus, he just needs another year or two. Dooley's situation couldn't matter less to him.

We've replenished the coffers since paying Layla Kiffin to do that Donkey Show a while back. Check shouldn't bounce this time.

I think Clemson, UGA, and Auburn are his top 3 and Clemson has the lead...if Auburn or UGA can get him back on campus before he decides, then they stand a good shot.

Well considering that I think Clemson and Auburn boosters have decided to just say F it this year, we are paying everyone, suck it NCAA! I would put UGA in third with that group.

Looks like Deion Barnes is one of the few that's seriously considering leaving and it would seem that UGA would be in good position if he left. We were in his top group and he did take a couple of visits (including an OV) to Athens.

Even more talk about USCw being disallowed to accommodate such a transfer due to scholarship limitations from their sanctions.
"A school subject to scholarship limits due to an infractions case is allowed to accept transfers from Penn State but cannot exceed the scholarship limits specified in its infractions report. Athletically-related financial aid may not be canceled during the period of the award and these schools are not permitted the same exception allowed to schools not under Committee on Infractions sanctions." -NCAA

So Kiffin will be calling Saban to get some tips on processing?

Saban processes and has a full roster. What exactly does Richt do that keeps Georgia around 65 scholarships?
