Good lord, did that camera man harass the shite outta Reuben or what? Paparazzi style.

Sounds like our boy was doing some recruiting for UA. Even though he's a top rated recruit, if our staff found out he was recruiting for another team I would hope they would ask him to leave, or refrain in doing so. Esp towards another top recruit like Tunsil, "Alabama's where it's at". I'd be pissed.

I bet AH is even douchier than I think. My UT coworker said he reminded him of the junkie in "Menace to Society", "I'll suck yo D mane"

Trust me. Recruits have recruited for other schools on your campus. You're not special.

Oh I'm sure, but for someone to do it that much and in the open I would have a problem with it. Esp when someone claims you're the "biggest salesman in Athen" and throw up "A's" in pictures.

Tnt Explosive Advantage

Saturday

Big Reuben talking about some school in Tuscaloosa.... Biggest salesman in Athens!!!

I bet Kirby put him up to it too. Kirby's such a jerk.

When you visit a school you show your host respect. You dont go over there and shite on them by talking about how much better UA is than UGA, and how many championships you're going to win. C

Can't say I'm happy with the Kirbs or Reuben. It's in bad taste.

No doubt.

Incorrect. 3 out of 4 #1 recruiting classes and 2 BCSNCs say Bama is special.

no i got the point.

or you just wanted to brag

probably a little of that.

My point is this, I see fans get in these pissing matches over recruits all the time and it's pointless. A lot of fanbases give Bama shite about "you couldn't take him from us" or, in Georgia, "i thought Bama takes who they want from Georgia? Guess not because MM, IC, JJ, etc, etc".

My point back is always, Bama seems to win with the kids they do get. I like our staff's talent eval ability, as I'm sure you do your staff's. Most of the Bama/UGA stuff boils down to two things:

1) Foster
2) Richt

Our staff continues to feel confident in the assurances from Foster that he's just having fun but that he's committed. Our fans hear that and (should) find confidence in it. Instead, every glimmer of hope that a UGA fan posts gets 2-3 Bama fans shooting it down as if a post on a board will affect Foster. It's dumb. I get why UGA fans post about him - he's talented and he gives signs of hope (not reason to be overly optimistic, but reasons to have hope).

As for Richt, my only issue is that I think he's peaked and UGA could be a monster under the right guy. I think Richt is an awesome human being and a really good coach. He is not an awesome coach though or UGA would live in the top 10 every year.

Like I said....they seem real nervous, who are they trying to convince. Their supposed top lock went to Clemson. Word getting around that Richardson is saying bad things about Bama to recruits. Bengals staff claiming Kirkpatrick has a bunch of bad habits.

Such as? I've missed it somewhere. Dude loved his time at Bama and came away a mult-millionare with 2 NCs and a Heisman finalist on his resume.

Yet they drafted him even after the worked him out, attended pro-day at Bama, and attended multiple practices at Bama. Yeah. They are either a) trying to push him a bit or b) admitting that they didn't do their homework before choosing their first round pick. Which do you think it is?

bg13, if you will just sing "I'm a little Piggie, here's my snout. Oink, oink, oink. Oink, Oink, oink," we'll leave you alone

Pretty sure Tebow wasn't sent home.

Fact- if Bama had NOTHING too worry about with Foster, he would be enrolled at Oxford High right now. The fact they couldn't get him there means their preferred total control doesn't exist. That being said, after reading a Lowndes25 reply on dawgpost, I am pretty sure why Bama is so confident in its top recruits.
