I did not take it that way. I just meant it amazwa me when writers try to create a story after the ship has sailed.
I also never thought UA was init for Ramsey. More of Saban making CMR work harder.

ahh yes, i agree. It's like when AJC does the same thing about USCe "raiding Georgia's backyard" when we haven't offered the kids. Truly annoying.

2008 was also the year that about 21 starters or significant back-up players ended up missing the entire season or significant time. Hell, UGA lost not only its starting LT, but also its second team LT. Don't know if UGA would have ended up number 1 if they had been less snakebit, but there was certainly not much of a chance with a pretty tough schedule once the rash of injuries started.
As for the DH situation, I am becoming quite convinced that people in the DH camp are likely divided and telling each school what they want to hear or that one school is being lied to. I am guessing that all the insiders are faithfully relaying what they think to be good info. I also wonder if Dixie Mafia's source isn't going on earlier info as based on what was coming out of the UGA camp prior to the visit , Henry had likely silently flipped at that time.

Fellow Dawg recruitniks, you need to hit up the Mikey Davis Show in a bad way. Mikey is operating this UGA-based radio show each night in correlation with Greg Poole who runs LHB.
They interview former players and recruits (he interviewed Orson Charles the other day about Crowell). And you can call in and ask Mikey and greg questions or make comments
Last night they interviewed Naim Mustaffa live on air, they just talked with Laremy Tunsil and Tramel terry, and tomorrow they have Alvin Kamara on. Kamara jus sent this tweet to Tray:

Not that I know of. This is the only fan-operated radio show I've heard of. And because LHB and Mikey are so well connected in the sports community, they can get in contact with just about anybody they want to set up an interview

To be honest, it seems like this show could be a huge recruiting tool. Kids are going to love that they can be on radio being broadcasted throughout the state. Kinda like celebrities almost and they're only 17-18 years old.
I'm sure other shows like this will shoot up for other programs once they realize that it gives any edge.

Well, it's just got to be carefully handled. Mikey has another show in Valdosta every morning for two hours, so he has plenty of mass media experience. Since it's a UGA-centric show, just got to be careful not to violate any rules. I think Mikey is allowed to do it, though, because he is considered a member of the media
