Always shitty when you spend most of the year talking about firing your coach rather than talking about football, matchups, etc...

This season started with the 2nd half collapse and ended with a 2nd half collapse. Nice bookends to a year of shitty.

This season was meaningless and stress free after the ucla meltdown

i had just got in from dove hunting and A&M was still up by 30 right after half time. i told my wife i wanted to watch A&M lose this and she said i was nuts. i told her that if she let me watch and they lose this game she won't lose me to a single A&M game the rest of the year.

so it was super not depressing. i started running trails Saturdays and Sundays and watched my kids' sports without being distracted.

after UCLA I got in "November mode" and didn't give a shite after that, so this season was actually bearable. Plus after Auburn I knew KS was gone so it actually gave me something to be interested in.

2011 hurt ya boi. Bad.

This year was more like a mealy apple. You know it isn't going to be good, you just kinda gnaw through it and wait for something better to come along.

2011 was during my most hellish semester in college, so I was already pretty numb. Don’t take operating systems and linear algebra 2 at the same time, future CS majors reading tRant

2011 hurt the most, but depressing may have been this year. Just that soft slow slide into solitary sadness.

{I'm still laughing at Randolph Duke's alter "Montgomery Hill" threatening to prove that I'm not actually an Army Major.

I've called him out 5 times now and he gets more unhinged each time.}

Next up you'll try to get him to disprove that you are also an Admiral in the Bolivian Navy.....

My name is not Calderon...and besides, Bolivia is land-locked.

Yes but if you read further into the article, it mentions that we have given them a few oceangoing ships, and Peru has leased them a port and a economic free-trade zone on the Peruvian coast.

Between Arky and State I was enjoying it. That's about it. This season was pretty bad. I think 2015 was probably a little worse with the qb transfers and it was the 2nd year in a row to go 5-0 followed by shite.

2016 also really sucked. The minute Knight got injured our team went from great to horrible.
