Was this the most depressing season for anyone else here in a while?

I can't say I enjoyed this season at all. Even the 2011 season had some highlights (Baylor game).

More of a waste of time than miserable. Anybody who watched the end of last year including the bowl game knew what was going to happen.

Not even close, knew what was in store and never got caught up in thinking differently.

My lasting memory of 2014 was CLANGA CLANGA CLANGA. So yeah, that was bad. But that was offset by freezing my butt off in the Liberty Bowl to watch Kyle play really well against WVU.

2016 was worse to me. Our savior goes down against MSU, Ags blow a lead to last-place Ole Miss, and they were so pathetic against LSU that I pretty much stopped giving a damn.

2011 was atrocious. This did not hold a candle to it

Not really depressing because I went into the season disinterested as it was. I gave sumlin the benefit of the doubt in 14, after 15 I really started doubting him and was 50/50 about firing, after 16 it was blatantly clear he needed to be gone. So when we didn’t fire him and kept him this year I went in expecting about 7-5 or 8-4 and that’s exactly what I got.

I generally dont' let Aggie Football get me down or change my mood but 2011 got the best of me.

Such a good team with such a shitty result. It astounds me we were able to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory so many damned times.

2003, 2005 and 2008 were so much worse than anything under Sumlin. Let's not make the mistake of forgetting how much worse things have been in the past.

Those seasons still had highs and lows.

Name the high from this season.

frick no they didnt

We went 4-8 in 2003 and 2008, and the best moment of 2005 was a close loss to Texas.

Best moment of 2003 was 73-10 over Baylor.

Best moment of 2008 was Jerrod Johnson breaking the single season TD pass record.

Still waiting on a best moment of 2017 besides Kevin Sumlin being fired.

I'm still laughing at Randolph Duke's alter "Montgomery Hill" threatening to prove that I'm not actually an Army Major.

I've called him out 5 times now and he gets more unhinged each time.
