Cool pic from last night. Apparently, we had over 14k. I remember some big games where it was absolutely packed (Acie Law v KD comes to mind) but it was always in the low 13s. How the hell did they cram so many in?

I think last night showed that we're good enough to play with the big boys. Our defense and effort translate to bigger and better athletes. Now, our offense may not. UK's long defense absolutely affected our shots. 1-22 was a bit of a fluke, but they caused a good chunk of the misses.

I think they let a ton of extra students in (I'm not sure how it was intentional or not), because there were reports of reserved seating sections being overrun with students looking for a place to sit.

This team is really fun to watch. Taking care of the ball is not their forte, but we’ve got some players. And their defensive intensity is real. We dominate on 50/50 balls. These are guys you can root for.

How long does he have before the buzz is too negative? I figure he has to improve next year and win some games in the remainder of this season. But I don't feel he has the leash length to have too many more mediocre seasons.
