Texas A&M hires new Women's Golf Coach

Andrea Gaston was the head coach at USC. While she was there, they had:
3 Team NCAA Championships
5 NCAA Individual Champions
Thirteen straight years finishing in the top 5 at Nationals.
I know most people on the board couldn't care less about women's golf, but this appears to be a helluva hire by the Ags.

how exactly does one.....coach golf? like is the vast majority of it player development? is there any true strategy development?

Golf coach in High school is the best Gig Ever. He just played golf with us every day, we all had coaches anyway.
