Demarvin Leal and Brian Williams were jaw dropping when they committed. Even Liucci said it was shocking. Nobody expected to nut punch Herman like this.
It's reasonable to be skeptical of the lower rated guys, but you have no clue what you're talking about with Jimbo's understanding of recruiting.
Brian Williams committed 2 months before Orebo and 5 months before Tarian Lee. Demarvin committed 3 months before Lee.

I was just sitting there thinking, "hey, we almost got him to flip back, which is the same as getting him to flip back." Then, you reminded me that it's not the same. Which was totally helpful. I can see everything so much clearer now.

It was an offhand comment on the radio show. I don't usually listen, but I listened for a few minutes this morning. He did not make a big deal about, and it was a very brief point, and it didn't at all feel like he was doing anything but sharing an interesting factoid. (I don't like Billy, by the way, but I do think he usually has good info.)
