You are genuinely one of my fav posters on the rant, and I just don't have it in me to hate South Carolina. So I'll leave the trolling up to others on tArk, wish you good luck and hope both team make it out of there without any significant injuries.

Gas on my Weber for me, I've never mastered the art of smoke and fire
I rub with Rufus but mop with Stubbs original mixed with coors light, Stubbs is the best bottled sauce you can get.

I'm a dry rub no sauce guy but just make your own if you like it. He has a youtube video on his recipe and it's super easy

I am as well. I'll take it step farther for brisket. Salt, pepper, and hours on the smoker is all it needs. I may inject if I have select.
