Lol everyone is so down.
If we don't reschedule our black unis for a later date, I'll hate us. Heck, even wearing them against LSU would be fine with me just so long as it is a night game. As of now though, against auburn should be our goal imo

This really is the dumbest thing I've heard of. 
I don't have even the slightest grasp on how they set up times for these games, so I just assumed the Carolina game was a predetermined night game. Otherwise why they hell would you create a night jersey for a game unless you knew for a fact it would be played in the evening?
Or are we getting ahead of ourselves in assuming these jerseys were specific night time jerseys?

Ole Miss has an average D that is currently #40 in total yards and points allowed. They are #45 in defensive efficiency. Their pass defense is #92.
This is NOT the Alabama D we are going to have to deal with. I wonder how many other teams y'all even watch as some of you clearly did not watch as Memphis moved up and down the field on Ole Miss nearly at will.
On top of that, the Ole Miss offense completely fell apart vs Memphis after they got up 14-0 in the first 6 minutes (one of those scores was off a trick play) and ended up with just 24 for the game. Memphis is #105 in yards allowed and #67 in points allowed.
Acting like it's all but assured we will boned in the butt is just dumb and I'm really surprised at how quickly some of you are ready to jump off a bridge.
Boo hoo, Allen had a bad game and tossed 3 picks and what is likely the best overall defense in the nation. So what? shite happens and he normally protects the ball a hell of a lot better than that. Peyton Manning had a 6 pick game in 2007. I guess the Colts should have benched his arse b/c the dude was clearly done after that amirite? (and no I'm not calling Allen a Peyton Manning level QB)

Bama was just more validation of what objective observers already knew about our offense. What happened was the same thing that has happened every time (literally) Jake Spavital has ever faced a good defense.
They played press man, effortlessly stopped our meager attempts to run and dominated our line while we waited for downfield routes to develop. Rinse and repeat. That is the book on us and it's a quick read.
Play press man for 4 quarters with a decently talented team and you win, period. Spav is now 2-6 against it, with one win being by 5 against ULM and the other the miracle comeback against Arky last year where they shut us down for 3 quarters.
ASU made the mistake of running quarters with their blitzes most of the game instead of man. MSU played zone cover 2 for some unknown reason after beating us last year with the textbook method.
All the excuses mean nothing, the film doesn't lie. Ole Moss has the athletes on defense to beat us playing press man. If they don't, they are a poorly coached team.

You're correct. I wanna applaud RSJ real quick though. He's blossoming rn. Played great on sat and is becoming a really good player. Proud of em bc I have been one of his many critics. He's making me a believer.
