He’s had a lot of help, but the tu alters are the worst. They make Lsu posters seem intelligent.

Fine. But don't ever say I don't do anything for our senior citizens!

The former Cherry Creek High School football standout and his family were told by first-year Buffs coach Mel Tucker on Thursday that the 21-year-old linebacker is no longer welcome to join the program as a walk-on next month.
...
News broke Tuesday night that Marchiol, a former four-star prep prospect, had been arrested last month in Pueblo on suspicion of assault in a domestic violence case.
According to Pueblo police records, Marchiol was arrested at about 3:30 p.m. on June 24 and booked on suspicion of second-degree assault bodily injury, a felony. Marchiol faces two misdemeanor assault charges, court records indicated, as well as a violation for contempt of a court protection order. He was released on bail June 25.
The 6-foot-1 Marchiol...had been expected to walk on to the Buffs once classes for fall semester began Aug. 26..

There are also some rumblings that the five-star running back is seriously pondering making a commitment before his senior season starts rather than waiting until the Early Signing Period.
quote:
“He put out the official five finalists a few weeks ago but that’s already been shaken up. He’s made visits to Texas and Texas A&M in June, and he’s also made stops to LSU and Alabama. People close to home really believe it’s coming down to A&M, Alabama and LSU.
“There have been whispers a decision could be made before North Shore kicks off its season in August. He’s always maintained he wants to make a decision at the Early Signing Period because he’s an early enrollee, so that’s up in the air. There is confidence on the Alabama side, there is confidence on the A&M side and there is a degree of confidence on the LSU side. It could go any of those three ways.
“It’s hard to eliminate Alabama, even though the Tide already have one running back committed. LSU has no running backs currently in its 2020 class and it is waiting to see where it is with Evans and it has a history of recruiting North Shore. A&M might be the in-state favorite. The Aggies have an all-purpose back committed and they’re putting together an all-star, in-state class and hoping that helps bring them in with Evans.”
quote:
“Right now, it’s a complete guess. LSU has the geographical advantage if he decides to stick with his top five. Georgia could get Kendall Milton, and that would eliminate the Bulldogs because I don’t think he’s going to go with another five-star. If I had to guess long term, I still think he stays in-state at A&M or Texas, but if I had to pick today I’d say LSU.”

realistic close
harris
princely
ngata
eaton
hayes
achane
manning
morris
a linebacker
that would put us at 283.54 and thats before we talk about who can fill out that last empty spot, what harris' ranking will end up being (probably somewhere in the 80s), and maybe a surprise with evans
class has come together very nicely

I think he will be #2 overall QB on 247 after their update and probably a top 20 or so player overall. They’ve been pumping crazy sunshine on him since Elite 11
Don’t think they’ll put him over the CA kid though

Could easily be Evans/Demas/King as the top 3 players in Texas

You think it will be in the 80s? I get there being a drop, but he was .9988 as a '21 recruit. Will it make that much of a difference?
