Damn dude. You know of any good deer leases out there? Been looking for a good one in mason/brady for a couple years

What exactly are you looking for? How much are you looking to spend? Just you or multiple guns? How many acres? Managed low fence, guided high fence? Etc . . . I know a lot of folks.

Dude why did I know know this already lol
Well I'm looking for something that could fit for my dad and I. We hunt in Kansas every year but want something where we can have a place to meet up in Tx.
2 guns. Seasonal/year round lease. Low fence (although we've hunted high fence). I would say management oriented but truth is we hunt 200 inch deer in Kansas and would just like a place to get some meat and maybe see a good hill country buck. We wouldn't kill bucks every year. Would probably both bowhunt.
On price, the last time I hunted in the area was Brady, probably 18 years ago, on the 4K ranch (wasn't the 4K back then). Prices have changed - what's a decent price for a place that I describe? 2500-3500? We spend a lot in Kansas so I definitely can't afford some of the higher end stuff for that area, my guess is 4k-5k. Would love a smaller place that had good price for management minded hunters (we hunt 5.5 years or older and don't kill bucks every year)

Because I'm bored and in bed watching Christmas Hallmark movies with Aggiebelle and am not above seeking the cheap entertainment this thread has provided
