I don't know what to think/expect out of this game. The only thing I do know is that starting at 7:45 against NMSU is ridiculous.

What do want to see this week

Weigman 100% or a commitment to Reed?

I prefer Weigman. I still think he gives us a better chance to win than Reed does. Reed is consistent, but he's not good enough to beat really good teams who have prepared for him, at least not yet. Weigman is good enough for that. I hate the idea of him quitting on the team and vice versa, and I'd like to see that that isn't the case this Saturday.

I thought I heard it reported just prior to the start of the SC game that Elko had named Reed QB1 “going forward.” Anyone else hear that?

I don't think it'll be an issue against NMSU or Auburn, but against Texas...I don't trust Reed enough in that one, especially with Moss out.

It doesn’t take a miracle. This is a tough and talented team (with obvious limitations). Get a little better vs NMSt in terms of what Klein is doing with Reed. Then beat Auburn on the road, whom you should beat, and you damn sure better beat this year. Then punch sip square in their arrogant front-running face, and see how they respond.

I’d imagine both QBs will play, but I guess I’m still of the mindset I’d like to see Weigman down the road vs Auburn and the sips. Mizzou game Connor can take us further this year than Reed can. Reed is likely the future, but he’s gotta develop as a passer more.

Main thing I’d like to see in this game is control from start to finish. Some of these types of teams we’d barely pull away in the late third quarter under Jimbo. Score early, set the tone, win decisively. Something like 24-0 at halftime and 42-7 at the end. No bowling green type of game.

Georgia awaits the winner of our November 30th matchup. Everything we want is right in front of us

Conner just got outplayed by a 19 year old 3 star freshman from Massachusetts.

Weigman looks so so bad.

With there already be a large number of flame outs coming from the best-ever 2022 recruiting class, it's a little surprising that Conner would manage to be the most disappointing/frustrating of them all

Cause 5-6 passes from each in garbage time with 3rd stringers is definitely a good barometer right?

Connor looks like he’s checked out/doesn’t care, that’s fine, and I get it. He probably thinks he’s should be the starter so he will transfer in the offseason. Hope it works out well for him because his career has been a huge disappointment. You could see the flashes in a few games but the consistency was never there. Had his worst games when the stakes were the highest.

I guess Marcel is the future, hope he develops more as a passer. We need a legit passing threat if we are gonna get to 10+ wins this year.

3rd time you've predicted this, but I think you may finally be right.

It is? I don’t really recall talking much about Connor transferring unless it was a statement or two hoping that he wouldn’t. I think you’ve got me confused with ColoradoAg who was always worrying about him leaving and claiming teams like Georgia were recruiting him hard to transfer.

He'll probably end up somewhere like SMU or Illinois.

It's a major better. I was always a fan of his, but it seems like he's done here. 1-5 with an INT against NMSU in garbage time is...bad.

This is really bad news for us against Texas...

No, it isn't. I was thinking of Colorado.

He’s from New Jersey, but think about this. Conner was so bad that he was benched for a 19 year old true freshman from New Jersey.

Honestly, we should have kept Haynes over Conner.
