The things a Dad will do for his kids. I'm in San Antonio at the moment, and we are taking the kids to Sea World. I protested to the wife to no avail, (I knew it wouldn't work, but had to keep precident alive).

So, I have the game being DVR'd, I will check score, and I will sneak peaks here. I can't not know.

I think we win by 10.

I think I will be getting a Weber Big Smoky Mountain... A fraction of the cost of the BGE and it will do what I want it to.

*BGE food tastes damned good. No problem with the results, but the cost is stupid IMO*

I love the BGE vs non-BGE owner fights.

I myself have a smoker that is older than me that gets the job done still but it either needs replaced soon or a lot of patches welded in from metal missing due to rust.

I keep seeing people talking about Primos now, I think it's a BGE competitor. Gonna have to check them out if I go the ceramic route so I can fight with my egg owning family members.

Be careful they're are other brands that dome look a likes that aren't even ceramic. That a big selling point for me. I can fire it up, set my air flow, go to work, and even if i screwed it up and the fire goes out the temp will hold and slightly drop by the time I get home and my ribs will still kick arse.

I know what everyone is thinking, Famrer, what is your receipe. Well I will tell you. Light layer of yellow mustard, local honey, & squirt butter covered with some brown sugar & butt rub (LINK , not too shabby if you don't make your own)

I will say they are at least posting pictures of WV girls so that's nice.
