I never got one, but I sure did try. lived in FHK when I was a soph. One Friday night around 9 or 10pm, my roommate and I invited a bud or three to come hang out and pregame before midnight yell (I don't know how many of you all have ever been in an FHK room, but 4-5 people is max capacity). Anyway, our buds called some people and then those people called yet more people, and by 11pm, there were 15+ people in our room. Of course, that was uncomfortable so our "guests" spilled out onto the outdoor walkway/balcony where they were taking shots and chugging beers (while the other guests cheered them on). And of course, our dorm door was propped open so that everyone could hear the music that I was blasting on my computer. ("How could you be so stupid? How much did you have to drink?" you ask? My answer is "All of it.")
How we didn't get caught and arrested for that, or even written up, I'll never know. You could see the balconies from any floor and the female RAs at FHK were tyrants. It's like they thought they were entrusted with all the gold in Fort Knox (and they probably still took their jobs too seriously even for that).
Another good story: somebody once took from the dorm's front door one of the "an alarm will sound if this door is left open for more than 30 seconds" stickers. This friend (who didn't live in FHK) then stuck it on my door. This enraged a female RA who passed by later, so she knocked on my door and grilled me for 5 minutes over "the incident" as she called it. After she was unable to get me to admit guilt and that an eternity of hellfire likely awaited my soul, she ordered me to fill out a vandalism report for the official dorm files. I replied that if she thought that the translocation of a sticker called for a vandalism report, she had my permission to file one, but I wasn't going to waste 10 minutes filling out some paperwork over a freaking sticker. She turned around in a huff and left. I told the friend who thought it was about the funniest thing he'd ever heard.

As for this incident, I bet that's the last time Kenny goes out drinking with Allen and Joeckel.
I can't see this hurting him much going forward. He didn't hurt anyone and he just didn't do anything THAT wrong. Give him whatever the min suspension is that's required by the AD, kick his arse in S&C a few times, and then get on with it.

I don't see how I didn't get a PI when I was there. I was a lucky guy who didn't turn 21 until I was a Senior.

Drinking age was 18 when I was in school and I have no idea how I survived. I guess the Corps gets some credit, though we drank plenty.
No point, really. I just felt a need to point out that this:
... has all of the old farts who read it scratching their heads and saying "WTH??" I have NO idea how males and females can live in the same dorm and not end up with 95% of the females pregnant and half of the males charged with rape. You youngsters are weird.

For a time in our Corps dorm, Aggiebelle and I had rooms literally side by side.
Let's just say that it did wonders for our budding relationship

Same here. And no matter what TBird says, I still don't get it. We were gross and disgusting and damn proud of it. I cannot imagine having females living in the same dorm, much less next door. I just can't imagine what switch was flipped to where all of a sudden male CT behavior would suddenly become acceptable to womenfolk, or to anybody who thought women should be shielded from our nonsense (which would be just about everybody). Boggles my mind. That's not that hard to do, but still...

Idk, I think it's a little bit of a mellowing from both male and female Corps members than anything. The dudes are still gross/disgusting/proud of that fact, but not nearly to the degree that it was back in yours and my dad's heydays on the Quad, mainly because New Army can't get away with as much craziness as y'all old Ags could
And the girls (for the most part) expect the craziness and aren't fazed for some reason. I don't know what they're thinking subjecting themselves to it, though
