If studham goes he’ll probably be the #3 QB

Lobot will ream your arse over the loss @ Auburn.

Pretty damn brutal schedule for our championship season

As others have said, a lot of our players don’t fit much into what Jimbo wants to run, but a good coach can make it work so I’m expecting no blowouts.
Honestly I could see us going 7-5 or 8-4 again. But I wouldn’t be worried about it as I know it’s going to take time to bring the guys he wants in and change the culture over. I’m sure another 8-4 season won’t stop the rant from making fun of us for firing one 8-4 coach for another one, but give him a few years to build his program.
Our recruiting numbers have always looked solid under sumlin, but he left some positions pretty thin or lacking in talent so Jimbo definitely has some work to do.
As he said, trust the process, don’t become outcome oriented, focus on the process and everything else will fall into place. Rome wasn’t built in a day is an appropriate cliche. You’re setting yourself up for failure if you think we have better than a 25% chance to win double digits this first season. Not saying it can’t happen, but don’t go in expecting it.

I was mainly curious what people thought about the following games:
2018 Clemson
2018 Bama
2019 Clemson
2019 Bama
2019 Georgia
and if people think we can get a W in 1 or 2 of these.

A good coach finds a way to win so getting a win in one or two won’t surprise me. Most likely? I’d say any of the 2019 games as fisher will have had more time to develop the roster and get his kids. Maybe Georgia? Bama is just bama, and Dabo is really building Clemson into a monster, but they did lose to Syracuse this year when the starter QB went out. I’d think even with that talent disparity they could still get it done with a second stringer.
I’d guess 1 of those 5 games, 2 wouldn’t surprise me, 3+ is exceeding expectations this early on and koolaid will be flowing like Niagara Falls if so.
