If we weren’t so hot after Jimbo, Gundy would have to be top target. Should’ve tried in 2011 if we didn’t

I’d write a check to the AD for Gundy right now

meant he dictates his offense around the talents of his qb. Not that he runs a prostyle read option offense. But you can incorporate the two in a game plan.

I'm goiing to say it again. If it's Fisher, he should go get Bo Pelini as DC and then stack the deck with defensive crooters.

I'm going to get downvoted for this, but here it goes;

Bo Pelini would be the least of our worries if we do get Jimbo.

Jimbo has had players at FSU with questionable character and intelligence. If you thought the media was unfair with us when we had Manziel, then just wait until Jimbo gets his own guys in. We gonna be skrong and stupid.

As long as we win, I couldn't give a shite if we have a running back with fetal alcohol syndrome.

Gundy says no to UT. Holding out for Sunday when Jimbo is officially a no go

I’m really shocked by it to be honest I wonder what Gundy is actually holding out for?

Maybe Pickens has a side deal with him and Gundy is making a lot more then we all could imagine to stay

Maybe he truly loves his Alma mater? Aside from Rich Rod, I can’t think of a lot of alumni that leave (Power 5).

Tennessee is a mess right now. Not a great situation to leave for when you're set up pretty well at your alma mater

It would be pretty surprising if Gundy doesn't get a raise from OSU. He makes 4.2 and Tennessee offered 7 and I'm guessing he ends up somewhere in between with OSU

Once you get to a certain point it’s frick you money. At $4 million/yr you’ve probably reached that level

He's a former OSU QB and proudly has a mullet. The school is in Stillwater. Have you looked at land prices in rural Oklahoma? It's insanely cheap by Texas standards. He'll probably get a raise to $5MM. With that kind of money, up there, he can afford his own small kingdom. Why leave a total "frick you" lifestyle coaching for your alma mater with a mullet and taking your shirt off at pep rallys to go take a total gut-job rebuild in a tougher conference? The marginal extra money makes ZERO actual lifestyle difference if you are him and like what he likes.

This.

He's living his dream. Don't blame him a bit. I'd do the same thing in his shoes.

I’m sure he’s got oceanfront property somewhere when Stillwater gets old. Or maybe a trailer in the ozarks to feed his mullet side
