Why? The seasons over. Get him ready for next year.

What's the risk? He can play up to 4 games without losing his redshirt.

Note to self: Stop recruiting San Antonio QBs.

I’m guessing it’s more that Jimbo is the kind of coach who won’t change QBs until the bitter end just like when Sherman refused to yank Johnson for Tannehill even though it was clear as day his shoulder never healed. Most coaches aren’t willing to yo-yo QBs Spurrier style if they start stinking it up.

All I know is I highly doubt Starkel airmails that little screen that would have ended the game.

Just a quick reminder that Sumlin passed on Stidham for Mond, Ausbon and Marchiol.

We should be playing in the grad transfer QB market this offseason IMO

Mond was really showing promise and now I’m confident he’s not the answer

I would love to see us get into the Kelly Bryant sweepstakes's. He isn't great throwing the ball but he is a better runner and thrower than Mond. That would give Foster and Calzada a year to mature and learn the system.

Is there any chance the NCAA changes the rules and allows Manziel to come back for his last two years?

Turns out it was the right decision

Stidham isn’t good, at all

Is Stidham better than Mond? Better than Starkel?

This year? No, at least not to any relevant degree as far as potential improvement in our record.

Keep it real Mijo, he was a slightly above average QB.

San Antonio should stick to tacos and big old mexican women. Leave the football to Houston and Dallas.

Yes!

He’s a square peg in Gus’ system, but he’s a better passer than either Starkel or Mond.

The stats don’t support that this year
