How is that true? We need this win to stay ranked and help hold on/land some BIG time difference makers.

I'm nervous about whether dipshit friend who scheduled his wedding for 5:45 on a Saturday in football season will punch the preacher and tell him to get on with it.
But I know I'm fooling myself and won't watch any of the game. You can't take your wife to New Orleans for a friend's wedding and tell her afterwards, "You know what? Let's go to the hotel room and watch Aggie football."
I'm not nervous at all about the Aggies. They got a taste of what playing with excitement was like. There's no way they'll come out flat.

What a terrible line of thinking. If they're keeping score, I want to win. A 10 win, top 15 season is still possible.
I guess.
But I'd really rather prepare for next season and the future than to win now to try to salvage this season. Personally to me, 10 wins won't get that bitter 0-59 taste off of my mind. But that's just me.

I think you're spot on with this. All those freshmen and Kyle now know what it feels like to be winners on a big stage. I think the fire will be catching.

We seem to have gotten at least some of our mojo back, and given that we cant really do anything of significance this year I'm fone as long as we are competitive. After beating Auburn, looking competent in our final three games should be enough to hang onto most of our class. I'm not worried about everyone jumping ship anymore.
Sure it would be nice to win, but TBH we are likely going to the Texas bowl at 7-5, 8-4 or 9-3.

It's A&M football - of course I'm nervous. I do think we win though.

I ain't skeered, but I ain't comfortable either.
I'm just happy that for once the crowd will finally be amped up for a Missouri game.

Of course I'm nervous. I was nervous against SMU. The 2000 Colorado game taught me you can't assume a win over anyone.

That is less a need and more a want.
What we need is for Texas to beat TCU and cock block the Big 12 from the first playoffs.

I guess in the sense that we don't need Mack or Jefferson to keep fielding a football program. Unless Mack is lying winning tomorrow would go a long way to keeping him in the fold

Don't see this as being all that important honestly. As long as it isn't Texas or OU in the playoff I'm not concerned

The most pumped I ever remember Kyle for a Mizzou game was when Jordan Peterson stripped that WR as he was about to score a TD
