Tbird, your brother's video (audio only) was featured on Todd Herman's morning show here in Western Washington.
I'm sure if he contacts KTTH, both Todd Herman (6-9 PST) and Jason Rantz (3-6 PST) would LOVE to have him as a featured guest.

I'll be right there next to you. Sully is about so much more than what myopic virtue signalers want to boil him down to. I hate everything the confederacy stood for, and am under no illusions his views on race would be remotely acceptable today, but that's not what his statue is about, nor is that a reason to pretend his influence is the reason TAMU began to flourish into what we know and love today. It'd be one thing if his statue were some glorification of his military exploits or something, but it isn't that at all.
frick anyone who wants to deface/erase the history of MY alma mater. Gotta take the good with the bad, and realize that flawed human beings came together as Aggies bleeding maroon for generations to get TAMU where it is today.

I just don’t understand the concept of judging all past generations by modern first world morality. Nearly ALL Americans were deeply prejudiced in the 19ty century, even those we hold up as beacons of tolerance. Abe Lincoln wanted to the slaves back to Africa “where they belonged”. Using their criteria, we cannot do anything but loathe EVERYONE from the past, and everyone in the distant future LOATHE us.

Yup it's crazy. Lincoln was almost comically racist by today's standards. Would go out of his way to assure folks that blacks weren't on par with whites.

Folks on twitter kill me with that shite. If I go out of my way to be plainspoken, their comeback is I get my talking points from Fox News or some shite. Then if I talk like I normally do, I get shite for using words they don't understand and have to look up.
